The Bilge Pumps made our first trip to New Mexico to perform at the Pirate Viking Summer Bash. Headlining the show, we had a series for firsts for us. First time to perform with mountains in the background, first time to share a show with the Crimson Pirates, first time to emcee/judge a costume contest, along with many other cool things. It rained steadily on Saturday, which cut back on the crowds, but those that did weather the weather were the truly dedicated that enjoy all things piratey.

The stage is set and the audience is warned.

No Crow, but the remaining 6 band member are on hand for their debut in New Mexico.

Elizabeth the Stowaway and Jack the Rum Runner are as in synch and Lance and Justin.

Harvey the Corpman deflects all the blame for the show.

The he grabs some unsuspecting audience members to join him during "Johnny Jump Up".

... and Fanny the Flagmaker is stuneed by the results.

Jack refuses to be shown up on his dancing and cranks out some of his own.

Maroon the Shantyman ponders the meaning of existence and his desire for uncooked bread dough.

Harvey starts the early recruiting for the next show.

Our thanks go to Wendy Hayes for the picture donations.
