"We Don't Know" Cassette
"We Don't Know" was the Bilge Pumps first recording. It was recorded with our original lineup waaaay back in time and is now out of print on CD with only cassettes left available. There are only a handful of these pieces of Bilge Pumps nostalgia left and there won't be any more printed when these are gone, so don't miss your chance to get one!
This recording has some classic songs with most of them given our own little twist. From the driving rhythm of "Congo River" to the swing-type "Mingalay Boat Song" to the soft, but powerful "The Sailor's Prayer" to the bring down the house version of "Johnny Jump Up", this album has plenty to entertain.
Below is a listing of tracks from "We Don't Know". By the way, there's also a secret little segment at the end of "The Sailor's Prayer" that we think is pretty funny, too, so let it run a bit at the end of the song. Check out the MP3 clips these songs for your cyber-listening pleasure as well!!
'Gull Skeet * Mary Ellen Carter * Ar Fa La La Low * March of Cambreadth * Holy Ground * Westering Home * Pay Me * Congo River * Leaving of Liverpool * Mingalay Boat Song * Blow the Man Down * Johnny Jump Up * The Sailor's Prayer
