Muskogee, OK     April 30 - May 22, 2005

There may not have been a stunt show at the Castle this year, but you can't stop the Bilge Pumps from knocking down the gates and spreading our piratey ooze all over the festival. Our 6th year at the Castle in Muskogee made for grand tales as we welcomed Aloysius back to the stage and even saw a return visit by Squeegy. At one point on the last weekend, you had 9 Bilge Pumps on stage at the same time. Now that's worth the price of admission!

He tastes like syrup, too

With all the crap Blue took for his blue hair, he was forced to wear a 'do rag like Aunt Jemima.

Morning meetings are the best!

Harvey and Blue show their usual enthusiasm for the morning meeting before the faire opens.

Where you going, sucka?

Aloysius tries to sneak off the stage so he can go sneak onto another stage.

No more pudding jokes!

Maroon stops Harvey just in a nick of time before he tells the audience what he does with pudding every night.

Where's our lil' Galleon?

The Pumps shout for their lost lil' Galleon to get up the the stage to start the show.

My eyes! My eyes!

John Crow and Galleon O'Galleon strip down to show how cheap and easy they are.

Get a grip on your Willie!

Our new mascot One-Eyed Willie gets caught in the stocks. That's no way to treat your willie.

Like our own fire hydrant

Maroon and Squeegy can't seem to find the head, so they settle for the nearest Corspman and give him a urine sample.

Two guitars does not a band make

When Blue had to disappear for the weekend, new guitarists were popping out of the woodwork.

Gentlemen prefer blondes

Harvey finds himself a new hot blonde dude during "The Three Song".

... and I'm spent.

Apparently, the dude was too much woman for our poor lil' Corpsman.

Mississippi Leg Hound

Now John Crow can show you a thing or two about humping... much to the dismay of Galleon's pants leg.

We like playing with our Al

Aloysius never knows what's going to happen to his crotch when he sings Mrs McGrath.

It's time for commercial break number...

Fanny the Flag Maker helps out during one of many sales pitches by Maroon.

Mini Pump

The guys get a lesson in dancing and cuteness from Bailey... who's on her way to becoming a new Pirate Queen.

Paying your dues

For all of you members of her fan club, iiiiittttssss Monkey!

the pirate periodical

Holy Crap! When the Maroon learn to read?

2 gun salute

Must have had a Princess walk by... with her dress over her heard to elicit a salute from these two.

Pirate Executioners

The pirates are taking over the world one show at a time! This time it's both Smee and Blogg onstage with the Bilge Pumps.

Whooooaaa my love.

Aloysius must have had some separation anxiety by being away from Squeegy so long.

There can be only one

Phil plays one seriously dangerous game of limbo.

Wall flowers

The pirates are lord over all they survey... 'course they're not really that high up, so they don't have much.

Our worst song, eh?

Harvey gets the whole tent up dancing to "Cape Cod Girls" during the pub sing.

A new record for pirates onstage

Once E joined us the last day of the festival, we had a record 9 pirates onstage at once! Not to mention the longest version of "Donkey Riding" ever.

Our thanks go to Alyssa Shade and Mary Dossey for the pictures.
