Hammond, LA     November 5 - 20, 2005

For a change, we rolled into cajun country on the first three weekends instead of the last three and decided to kick off the festival in style by putting our pirate mark all over the newly made stage in the Painted Badger Pub. Due to FEMA locking down hotels for Katrina evacuees, we ended up staying with our favorite midwife, Jamie, and proceeded to eat of her groceries and drink all of her liquor. Now that's a kind hostess! We made some new friends in the Washer Wenches and the Pirate Shantyman and got to see all of our old friends as well. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more without dipping ourselves in pudding.

Galleon gets to be the meat in a Phil & Harvey sandwich.

Phil is so happy when he nails his rhyme on "Donkey Riding".

The Bilge Pumps help calibrate the bell game... by having 3 guys look around and 1 woman do the work.

Galleon uses the band's new didjeridu as a bazooka to launch drum mallets.

... and he uses it to vibrate Harvey into submission.

The gang debuts their new choreography to the "Gun Shanty" and tries not to throw a hip.

Harvey does a bit too much trusting and ends up losing his belt.

Fanny the Flagmaker gets swamped by people craving their CD fix.

Harvey pulls Luscious, the original pumpette onstage for "Johnny Jump Up".

Phil takes his eyes off the hat for just a second and people start stealing from us pirates.

Luscious gives us pic of her own, showing our naughty qualities.
