The Bilge Pumps - Past Landings: Kansas City Renaissance Festival 2006

Bonner Springs, KS September 2 - 4, 2006

The Bilge Pumps' 3rd trip to be guest performers at the KC Ren fest brought out great weather and good friends to visit us. We got a chance to perform to some brand new faces and try to win over some die-hard nay-sayers. We enjoyed rolling in and performing at the always fun pub sings at the end of the day as well, including our super extended dance mix of "Old Dun Cow" to chew up some time that apparently didn't need to be chewed up.

The Bilge Pumps make a grand attempt at trying to warm up and be in tune for the show... to no avail	An arial view of the Bilge Pumps shows... uh... hey, where's the audience?	Oh yeah, there they are!
John Crow is forced to dance hard to get his tips from this crowd	The Bilge Pumps must have had too much beer at O'Malleys the night before as they break into their pee pee dance.	When Maroon dies onstage, the rest of the Bilge Pumps try to cover him... uh... cover for him.
Natty the Navigator becomes a living billboard for our show, and boy did we need it because...	...we spent half of our shows on the world's hottest stage, the Da Vinci Crane	Of course, that doesn't stop us from getting the audience up to sweat and dance with us
Looks like pirates weekend brought out some new cabin boys, I mean cabin persons.	John Crow gives the look that can only mean that Harvey has told another awful pirate joke	Suddenly, the world's cutest and most polite girl steps on to stage and melts the heart of the evil pirates
