The Bilge Pumps - Past Landings: An Afternoon of Pirates 2012

The Bilge Pumps rolled into Galveston for a lovely summer weekend of piracy sponsored by the Pirates! Legends of the Gulf Coast museum on the Strand. We had a chance to boom our amplified voices all up and down the downtown area to help draw some attention to the museum and its attached haunted house. Those that came huddled under what little shade there was in Saengerfest Park and got themselves a dose of piracy as we sang and acted like idiots (as usual) and Cap'n Undertow Bill taught their children how to sword fight between sets. As long as you weren't melting, you were having a good time, and even when you were! We think, anyway. We had a hard time interviewing the puddles.
