The Bilge Pumps - Past Landings: "Bail Money" CD Release Party 2014

The Bilge Pumps returned to the Uptown Theater to celebrate the release of our new Bail Money album, just not in the normal way. Instead of using the main theater, we used the Ultra Lounge to have ourselves a party in a more intimate, free-swinging jazzy kind of way. Our hard coreiest D/FW fans showed up to help us make it a night to remember. At least, we would be able to remember it if we hadn't spent all night on the massive sugar buzz we got after eating our 5 dozen free donuts from Krispy Kreme. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves, and provided enough booze so that the audience enjoyed themselves, too.

The Bilge Pumps start the day with a run to Krispy Kreme for a dozen donuts each.	The band thought about not doing the show due to the sugar coma, but since the sign was up, they had to go ahead and perform.	Bring on the Bilge Pumps!
Sharkbait Simon the Scapegoat gets into the guitar intro... or outro... or solo. We don't know. Who speaks guitarist, anyway?	Splice the Rigger gets all sassy with Harvey the Corpsman	The energy from the audience is all that keeps the band going... and going... and going...
Maroon the Shantyman gets ready to sing The Dark Lady... once Sharkbait and Harvey get through the 3rd time at the intro.	The band fires out the ballad of leaving Canada... aka Farewell to Nova Scotia.	Time for the hordes to descend upon the band to sign the new CD's! OK, hordes, whenever you're ready. Hordes?
