This short drag shanty has had many variations over the years, including additional lines to each verse and chorus to make it a long drag shanty. This version was first heard by the Bilge Pumps during Craig's stint as a crew member about the tall ship Rose. It stuck with him due to it's speed and awkward sounding chorus. Typically proclaimed during our shows as "our absolute worst song".
