This song, written in 1893, is a favorite of many Celtic performers in the world, as it is tailor-made to bring audience participation to their shows. Easily the most requested and anticipated song in our repertoire, "Old Dun Cow" started off with just a little screwing around by each of the 'Pumps and then it quickly took a life of it's own as each member of the group changed or added a bit to their section as they came up with new ideas.
Recorded on August 10, 2002 at the Queen Mariah riverboat in Ft. Worth, TX, this track was considered for inclusion on the Brigands with Big'uns album, but didn't make it due to space considerations.
