The Bilge Pumps - Past Landings: Red River Valley Renaissance Faire 2026

West Fargo, ND August 8 - 9, 2026

The Bilge Pumps headed way, way away from the ocean this summmer, all the way to North Dakota. We made our first appearance at the Red River Valley Renaissance Faire, traveling thousands of miles to set a record for the furthest a pirate band has ever performed from the Ocean. (Except for that one time in Siberia) We met some new friends and stagemates, MinDak Belly Dance, the Blue Lotus Dancers, and Jack Morrowin and managed to avoid sunstroke together.

Due to the distance (and injuries to the band) only 4 Bilge Pumps made it to the show. Luckily, these are the ones that shower.	Maroon the Shantyman was once again forced to take over on guitar due to talent attrition. And there was much rejoicing.	The band gets all funky doing the syncronized dancing on "The Gun Shanty".
Splice the Rigger looks to get requests from the audience. He just really wants someone to tell the band to stop so he can go to sleep.	Fanny the Flagmaker tries to ignore John Crow the Cook and whatever he's doing to that skeleton during "Jolly Roving Tar".	The poor little fella looks like he's had enough.
